Lifecycles programmes
Each season of your life calls for a different transformation
Classical Āyurveda describes each of these stages precisely. I guide you through yours, with a protocol tailored for you alone.
I Cycles · II Fertility · III Pregnancy & postpartum · IV Perimenopause · V Longevity
Why Haute Couture
Nothing standardised
No standard protocol. Every recommendation comes from your assessment: your constitution, your season of life, your story. The recommendations cannot be transposed to anyone else. That is where the strength of Āyurveda lies.
Regular fittings. At every session the protocol is revisited, adjusted, refined. It is an ongoing dialogue between you, your body, your perceptions, your well-being and Jayadā, which supports the rebalancing.
A very small number. A limited number of women accompanied each season; four participants at most per cure, in an intimate and restful setting.
At home if needed. Sessions online or in practice in Paris or on the Côte d’Azur; home visits possible from Saint-Tropez to Menton.

I · Cycles
Menstrual cycle and hormonal balance
Your cycle is a language. Let’s learn to read it.
For you if
Your cycles are irregular, painful or hard to live with; the days before your period weigh on you; you are coming off the pill; you sense a link between digestion, sleep, emotions and your cycle.
The Āyurvedic view
The cycle (ārtava) is a mirror of your overall state. It is read in three phases, each associated with a doṣa: menstruation (vāta), the phase that follows (kapha), and the phase before menstruation (pitta). The doṣa that dominates your cycle shapes the whole protocol.
How I approach this season · 6 months
Months 1–2 - Two cycles observed in the journal. Rekindling agni (digestive fire and metabolism), digesting āma. Daily rhythm, a pause during menstruation and classic home care afterwards.
Month 3 - Panchakarma cure, placed after menstruation (never during), composed according to your dominant doṣa (constitution and imbalance).
Months 4–5 - Gradual return to a full diet, a consolidation phase centred on rasa dhātu. Herbs adjusted from one cycle to the next.
Month 6 - Autonomy: a written roadmap, phase by phase and season by season.
II · Fertility
Preconception, for you and your partner
Preparing the ground.
For you if
You are considering a pregnancy within 6 to 18 months; you want to prepare for it, alone or as a couple; you are going through assisted reproduction, in agreement with your medical team.
The Āyurvedic view
The classical texts describe four conditions: timing (ṛtu), the ground (kṣetra), nutrition (ambu) and the seed (bīja). We work on all four, and on the mind (manas), for a complete reset that supports a fulfilling pregnancy.
Partner option - assessment, protocol and follow-up for your partner, alongside your own.
How I approach this season · 6 or 12 months
Months 1–2 - Preparing the ground: agni, āma, rhythm. Removing what weakens the seed and the ground.
Month 3 - Preconception cure. Your partner can follow theirs at the same time (couple path).
Months 4–6 - Nourishing the reproductive tissues. Understanding your ṛtukāla and setting the timing of the first attempts.
Months 7–12 - Support through the attempts, then the first trimester.
This programme does not guarantee a pregnancy and does not replace medical care.
III · Pregnancy & postpartum
From pregnancy to the months after birth
Being held while you carry.
For you if
You are pregnant, in any trimester, and would like month-by-month support alongside your midwife; you fear the exhaustion of the first months, or already feel it, and want to prepare your body for the birth.
The Āyurvedic view
Garbhiṇī paricaryā describes a specific conduct for each of the nine months: diet, rhythm, calm, and the practical preparation of the weeks after the birth. After the birth, vāta is heightened, agni is weak and the tissues are depleted: the sūtikā period, about six weeks, answers with warmth, oil, rest and nourishing food.
No cure and no massage during pregnancy. Instead: six days of home care for you and your newborn, after the birth. For you: daily abhyaṅga with warm oil, belly wrapping, warm and digestible meals, protected rest. For your baby: gentle oil massage. In agreement with your midwife or paediatrician.
How I approach this season
1st trimester - A diet adapted to nausea and fatigue. Rest, rhythm, calm.
2nd trimester - Nourishing your child’s growth through your diet; your cravings respected with discernment.
3rd trimester - Supporting apāna vāyu ahead of the birth. Preparing the room, the meals, the people around you. Possibility of adding a few in-person sessions to prepare for the birth and discover Āyurvedic rituals for a gentle delivery.
The 6 days - Home care for mother and newborn around the birth (Paris and Côte d’Azur; elsewhere in France with a supplement).
Weeks 2–6 - From light to more nourishing food, at the pace of your digestion. Lactation support. Strengthening against the baby blues.
Months 2–6 after the birth - Rebuilding tissues, sleep and emotional balance. The return of the cycle.
IV · Perimenopause
The transition to menopause
A transition, not an ending.
For you if
Your cycles are changing; your sleep, mood, energy or sensations of heat fluctuate; persistent fatigue, even exhaustion, is setting in; you want to anticipate rather than endure.
The Āyurvedic view
Perimenopause marks the passage from the age of pitta to the age of vāta. Heat and irritability mingle with dryness and light sleep. Well accompanied, this passage becomes a new way of inhabiting your body and listening to what it has to tell you. It is the ideal time for purification cures, then regeneration, over a 12-month period.
How I approach this season · 12 months
Months 1–3 - Calming the most active doṣa, regulating agni, establishing sleep and abhyaṅga or other daily rituals.
First cure - Spring (March) or Autumn (October) purification, followed by a rasāyana phase.
Second cure - The opposite season’s cure, focused on strengthening, four to six months later (possible before or after the summer, or in early winter), followed by a new rasāyana.
Final months - A life plan for the decade ahead.
V · Longevity
Vitality and serenity after menopause
To last, and to flourish.
For you if
You have been through menopause and want to preserve your energy, sleep, mobility and clarity of mind for the decades ahead.
The Āyurvedic view
This is the age when vāta dominates: dryness, lightness, more fragile sleep. Āyurveda devotes one of its eight branches, rasāyana, to regeneration and longevity: nourishing the tissues, maintaining suppleness, preserving ojas, sustaining the mind.
How I approach this season · 12 months
Months 1–3 - Calming vāta: warmth, oil, regularity. Sleep rhythm, daily abhyaṅga, nourishing food.
First cure - A gentle cure, adapted to your strength, followed by a rasāyana phase (available throughout the year).
Months 6–9 - Nourishing bones, joints and memory through food, herbs and movement.
Second cure - The other season’s cure, and a rasāyana plan for the years ahead.
Testimonials
In their words
I have just finished a detox cure with Jayadā and I am delighted! Jayadā has been following me remotely for several months to help me resolve hormonal and digestive issues. I appreciate her holistic and demanding approach, grounded in a thorough analysis of origins and causes, which gives the recommendations their full meaning. The cure was carried out in keeping with Āyurvedic tradition. If you want an Āyurvedic cure in the noblest sense of the word, you are in the right place!
I had an amazing pregnancy thanks to Jayadā’s wisdom and guidance! She led me through a Panchakarma cleanse before I planned on trying to conceive, about six weeks including the cleansing period and time to rebuild with nourishing food and herbs. I felt strong and confident, and became pregnant on our first try! She then wrote recommendations for each trimester, and after a natural home birth she had a postpartum protocol for me along with daily rituals for my son.
Jayadā is magical. She managed to solve really hard health challenges I had (kidney pain, breast congestion, perimenopausal symptoms). I really felt uplifted physically, as well as in my mental health, after our cure. Life has become much more fun again. She listens a lot and really creates a tailored and personalised treatment to suit your individual needs.
