Panchakarma
Made-to-measure Āyurvedic retreats
Panchakarma is the set of purification and regeneration treatments described in the classical texts of Āyurveda. It aims to clear deep doṣic imbalances, support digestive function and restore overall vitality.
Panchakarma is not simply a wellness stay. It is a made-to-measure process that requires a structured framework.
At Pulse āyurveda, Panchakarma is offered in a form adapted to the European context, respectful of traditional principles while taking into account the time, safety and lifestyle constraints of modern life.
Our cures rest on a common framework, including:
a prior Āyurvedic assessment
a 100% individualised path
daily support
particular attention to rhythm, rest and integration
The difference between the formats offered (5, 7 or 12 days) lies in the length and depth of the process.
An intimate approach
One protocol for one person
Panchakarma is not a group programme. Each protocol is composed for one person, prepared in advance and followed day by day. That is why each retreat welcomes four participants at most. Our retreats take place in the heart of nature, in places that invite rest and disconnection.
Why come for a Panchakarma ?
For everyone, at any age
Digestion - In Āyurveda, everything begins with agni, the digestive fire. The cure rekindles agni and clears āma, everything the body has not digested and cannot get rid of on its own.
Vitality - Nourishing the dhātus, your tissues, and ojas, your reserve of vitality, then preserving it through a phase of rasāyana, regeneration.
Exhaustion, burnout - When vāta and pitta run away and reserves are depleted: slowing down, nourishing, regenerating. Alongside your medical care.

Two ways to experience a cure
Within a programme, or on its own
Within a programme - one cure in the 6-month programme, two in the 12-month programme. See the Lifecycles programmes →
Cure on its own - open to all, after the discovery call and a Consultation 360. The most beautiful way to discover classical Āyurveda before a programme.
By referral - some participants join us on the recommendation of an Āyurvedic practitioner or someone they know. If someone told you about us, mention it in your request.
Panchakarma and cures at home - on the French Riviera only.
2026–2027 calendar

Testimonials
In their words
Jayadā is one of the most talented and knowledgeable Ayurvedic practitioners in Europe. She is the real deal and offers treatments at a level of quality and care that is extremely hard to find on the planet. I went for a 6-day Panchakarma treatment and it was life-changing. I lost 15 pounds and made huge improvements on my life-long issues with allergies. I left feeling physically better than ever.
Mastery and Authenticity. These are the words to describe the savoir-faire of Jayadā. From the very first moment she embraces you with love, care and devotion to the pure Ayurvedic knowledge. No compromises, just true treatment and perfection of the technique. I appreciated the wholesome and tailored approach to my 5-day Panchakarma retreat, after which I felt fully recharged and replenished.
I have just finished a Panchakarma cure for the eyes with Jayadā, and the results are simply breathtaking. I had suffered from dry eyes for several months. Jayadā quickly understood that it was not only an eye problem but a general dryness of the body. She first recommended a series of oils, then we planned a 4-day cure preceded by a month of preparation at home. From the second day my eyes watered less; by the end of the cure, not at all. The icing on the cake: Jayadā provides follow-up. Highly recommended!
I turned to Jayadā and Āyurveda to help strengthen my immunity: chronic sinusitis, sleep problems linked to digestion, general fatigue. On my wife’s advice, I began working with Jayadā in December 2023. My condition gradually improved: full nights of sleep, better immunity. But it was really after the 6-day Panchakarma cure that I regained a good level of energy and stable digestion. I am very glad to have met such a competent Āyurveda specialist.
