Panchakarma

Tailored Ayurveda Treatment Series

Panchakarma refers to the classical processes of purification and regeneration described in the foundational texts of Ayurveda. Its purpose is to eliminate deep-seated doshic imbalances, support digestive function, and restore overall vitality.

Panchakarma is not a simple wellness retreat. It is a structured, individualised process that requires careful supervision and guidance.

At Pulse Ayurveda, Panchakarma is offered in a format adapted to the European context — faithful to traditional principles while taking into account considerations of time, safety, and contemporary lifestyles.

Our programmes follow a shared framework, including:

  • a preliminary Ayurvedic assessment

  • an individualised treatment pathway

  • daily guidance and supervision

  • particular attention to rhythm, rest, and integration

The distinction between the different formats lies in the duration and depth of the process.
