Beyond wellness: Cultivating health and vitality through a bespoke, time-tested approach to the living world

A logical, universal, and holistic system, Ayurveda recognizes the interconnection of the body, mind, consciousness, and environment.

Through an individualized approach—an alternative to uniform, one-size-fits-all solutions—Ayurveda offers practices applicable at any age, in any circumstance, and across all latitudes.

Its ultimate aim is to preserve balance and vitality so that each person can live a long, fully engaged life aligned with their potential. At Pulse āyurveda, we view health as a dynamic state, nourished by digestion, daily choices, the environment, and the body’s ability to self-regulate.

Our guidance is based on individualized, progressive assessment, faithful to classical Ayurvedic principles and adapted to the Western environnment.

Meet Jayadā

Founder of Pulse āyurveda, Jayadā Stadelmann guides the transmission and integration of Ayurveda within the contemporary context of our society.

Her introduction to Ayurveda during stays in India led her to fully commit to the study and practice of this tradition, which she deepened over many years between India and the United States within traditional teaching settings.

A specialist in Panchakarma, her approach is grounded in the classical sources of Ayurveda and their living application, pursued with rigor, gradual progression, and a deeply individualized sensibility that honors the rhythms of nature while remaining attentive to the realities of modern life.

Jayadā is certified by NAMA (U.S.A.) and Ayurveda en France.
