Beyond wellness: cultivating health and vitality through a made-to-measure approach to the living, proven over time

A logical, universal and holistic system, Āyurveda considers the interconnection of body, mind, consciousness and environment.

Through an individualised approach, running against one-size-fits-all solutions and passing trends, Āyurveda offers guidance that applies at any age, in any situation and in any part of the world.

Its ultimate aim is to preserve balance and vitality, so that each person can live a long life, fully engaged and aligned with their potential.

Āyurveda sees health as a dynamic state, nourished by digestion, daily choices, the environment and the body’s capacity to regulate itself.

Our programmes rest on a fine, constantly renewed reading, faithful to the classical principles of Āyurveda and adapted to the European context.

I had an amazing experience with Jayadā. From the very beginning, I felt listened to, understood, and genuinely supported. I had the opportunity to work with her during my recovery from a knee fracture, and her support was truly valuable to me. Her approach is very attentive, professional, and personalized, and I truly felt that each session was adapted to me and what I needed at that moment. I’m very grateful for her dedication, kindness, and the sense of calm she brings to every session.

Jayada is a very experienced Ayurvedic practitioner. I did a week long intense PanchaKarma with her. It was life changing. She is very skilled in massage and other aspects of Ayurveda also. If you want only a massage, you won't find better than Jayada. If you want deeper or longer treatment, she can provide that as well. She is kind, compassionate and skillful. She works very hard and knows what she is doing.

I have just finished a detox cure with Jayadā and I am delighted! Jayadā has been following me remotely for several months to help me resolve hormonal and digestive issues. I appreciate her holistic and demanding approach, grounded in a thorough analysis of origins and causes, which gives the recommendations their full meaning. The cure was carried out in keeping with Āyurvedic tradition. If you want an Āyurvedic cure in the noblest sense of the word, you are in the right place!

Suffering (after surgery) from recurring pain in my legs and lower back, which could keep me in bed for several days, several times a year, I decided to turn to Āyurveda and met Jayadā during a training. She suggested a Panchakarma treatment over several days, including long four-hand massages with herbal poultices (a real treat). I went home feeling as if freed from a weight. Jayadā suggested a few changes to my eating habits… It has now been more than a year and I have not needed to stay in bed! What happiness! Jayadā has my complete trust!

Meet Jayadā

Founder of Pulse āyurveda, Jayadā Stadelmann supports the transmission and integration of Āyurveda into the contemporary world we live in.

Her encounter with Āyurveda, which began during stays in India, led her to commit fully to the study and practice of this tradition, which she deepened for more than ten years between India and the United States, in traditional teaching settings, clinics and Āyurvedic hospitals.

A Panchakarma specialist – Panchakarma being the Āyurvedic cure par excellence – her approach draws on the classical sources of Āyurveda and their living application, in a rigorous, progressive and deeply individualised way, attentive to the rhythms of nature and the realities of modern life.

« Jayadā is a torchbearer of the authentic practice of Āyurveda. » Kashyapa Fisher, Albuquerque
